Cancellation Policy
Appointments: All appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. Cancellation: We kindly ask for 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we have enough time to provide the best service. Payment: Payment is made in-salon after your service. We currently do not accept online payments. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to providing you with excellent service!
